The watermelon smoothie is one of the most convenient ways to get all the nutrients and goodness found in watermelon. I like to consume it after a workout.
- 4 cups deseeded cold watermelon
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 fresh banana (optional)
