Ever since we were kids we have had fruit loops or frosted flakes with some fruit and extra “frost” on top, better known as sugar.  Although those cereals do taste great, we are no longer kids, and we must watch what we eat.  Try out this high energy cereal filled with fibre, and extremely nutritious.  You are going to love it, and instead of milk try out almond milk to reduce the calories even further.

  • sunflower seed
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cinnamon
  • almond butter
  •  whole raw almonds
  • cocoa
  • coconut oil
