Who doesn’t love strawberries and creme? Make this shake for you and your significant other, or just save the other half for yourself like I always do
- 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein
- 3/4cup almond milk
- 6 strawberries
- 1 tbsp Strawberry Jam
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 Cherry on top
As always, blend, shake and enjoy after an intense workout. If you are having this shake at any other time of the day besides post workout, simply exclude the strawberry jam.
