Healthy Caesar Salad Dressing… Oh yea and its vegan!
- 3/4 cups Brazil nuts
- 1 -2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup juice of one lemon
- 1/2 cup water (add more depending on how creamy you want the dressing)
- Drop of olive oil
- Onion powder (to taste)
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Combine all ingredients in blender. Toss over washed and romaine lettuce.
Store extra dressing in the fridge, lasts for 5-7days.
