Healthy Caesar Salad Dressing… Oh yea and its vegan!

IngredientsCaesar Salad Dressing

  • 3/4 cups Brazil nuts
  • 1 -2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup juice of one lemon
  • 1/2 cup water (add more depending on how creamy you want the dressing)
  • Drop of olive oil
  • Onion powder (to taste)
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Toss over washed and romaine lettuce.

Store extra dressing in the fridge, lasts for 5-7days.
